Cheeta is a cheater. He never does anything fair. He is very fast but not
as fast as Koro. He is good at pranks to.
HISTORY:
He used to be the fastest racer throughout Station Square. Later on
he was beat in a race by Koro. He said that he would never cheat again.
From then on he still cheated
