I recently graduated from Georgetown University's Biotechnology Master in Science program. Previously, I interned in Dr. Moussa's lab in the Department of Neurology to evaluate potential therapeutic drugs for neurodegenerative diseases in clinical trails. I examined the effects of a tyrosine kinase inhibitor "Pazopanib" on Tau clearance in two mice models of Alzheimer's disease. Currently I'm working with Dr. Wright on studying the effects of exercise on cognition following sudden ovarian hormone loss in female rats.
